Membership Criteria
Using GemFind.com, consumers can have direct access to GemFind’s “virtual” inventory of loose diamond, finished jewelry and watches from diamond dealers, manufacturers and independent retailers. While purchases can be made online using a safe-and-secure shopping cart, consumers will also have the option of seeing merchandise first at the local jewelry stores of GemFind “Affiliate”. Retail jewelers can sell their own inventory online or bring their local internet customer into their stores to make the final sales.
Diamond vendors along with jewelry and watch manufacturers can become GemFind members if they have good images of merchandise to upload into the network in real-time (no images are required for loose diamonds, however, a diamond report should be provided online when-ever possible); have the merchandise in inventory at all times while it is being promoted online; and be willing to ship the merchandise to GemFind customers and retail jewelers. A one-time activation fee is required along with monthly membership dues.
For Jewelry Manufacturers, Watch and Diamond Dealers the criteria is simple - have good images of merchandise to upload into the network at real-time (no images required for diamonds, however a diamond report should be introduced online if possible) - Merchandise must be in inventory at all times while its showcase in the network also be willing to ship merchandise to GemFind costumers and or retail jewelers.
For Jewelry Retailers - they must be in good credit standing in the jewelry industry and be JBT rated. Because GemFind guarantees all the merchandise going to the retail affiliate, we offer affiliation to those who have a store front and show a professional image within the community. They must be financially stable and be willing to commit to a minimum of one-year for affiliation. For the one-year commitment they will have protected territories via zip code and the assurance of exclusivity within the network.
This level of affiliation will allow GemFind to forward diamonds inquiries by consumers to registered retail affiliate. Once inquiry is submitted to retail affiliate, it is the responsibility of the retailer to confirm with customer their interest in seeing a diamond in person.
Revenue Share Affiliation
Responsibilities of Retailer for this Level of Affiliation to GemFind.com
1) Make contact with customer and arrange a time for viewing in person     
2) Obtain the requested diamond from diamond vendor
3) Pay diamond vendor for sold diamond
4) Ship diamond back if not sold (retailer pays for shipping)
5) Retailer can sell ANY item, including but not limited to diamonds, jewelry,  timepieces etc…to GemFind customer.
Retailer agrees to pay GemFind 20% of the net profit of ANY diamond and 10% of gross sales of ANY and ALL jewelry items sold to GemFind customer. Retailer agrees to fax a copy of the sales receipt to indicate item/s to GemFind customer. GemFind will process the credit card on file for said profit of the items sold. GemFind agrees to credit retail affiliate for any item/s returned to retailer for refund.

Retailer agrees that if they mislead, neglect their obligation to GemFind, that they will forfeit their affiliation and any future affiliation to GemFind for life. They also acknowledge that they may be submitted for unfair business practices to JBT & BBB. During registration your process – by clicking ACCEPT you agree with these Terms & Conditions.
GemFind Assurance
GemFind guarantees all items to consumers for up to 30 days - Manufacturers and Diamond dealers, Watch dealers have to stand by their products and be willing to accept returns by consumers and offer complete credit to GemFind when an item is returned.
